Questions

What people ask before they sign up. The answers to everything else live in Help inside the app.

What does FrameFuse actually produce?

Finished video ads. You describe the app you are promoting; FrameFuse writes the angles and the copy, generates the footage, adds captions and a call to action, and cuts it to the aspect ratios Meta runs — vertical for Reels and Stories, square and landscape for Feed.

Does it work for a website, or only apps?

Both. On the first step of Add app, choose Website and paste the address — FrameFuse reads the page for the name, description and icon, and the ideas, video, editor and competitor teardowns all run the same. The difference is at Meta: a website publishes as a traffic campaign with a Learn more button pointing at your address, where an app publishes as an app-promotion campaign with Install. There is no pixel and no conversion optimisation yet, so results read as link clicks.

Do I need a Meta ad account?

Only to publish and to read performance. Ideas, videos, the editor and competitor analysis all work without one. When you are ready to publish, you connect your own ad account and a system-user token in Settings, and everything goes out under your page and your budget.

What do I get on the free plan?

The whole product with smaller numbers: 1 ad video and 3 AI ad analyses a month, one app, the full editor and exports up to 720p. Pro is $49 a month for -1 videos a month and lifts the rest of the limits.

Can I edit what it makes?

Yes. Every generated ad opens in the editor, where you can re-cut the timeline, swap clips, change the text, add your own footage or voiceover, and export in any of the aspect ratios.

Do I own the videos?

Yes — your briefs, your uploads and the ads made from them are yours to run anywhere. The terms say it in more detail.

How does competitor analysis work?

Search an advertiser by name and FrameFuse reads the ads they have made public in Meta’s Ad Library, then breaks each one down: the hook, the structure beat by beat, the offer, why it works and where it is weak — plus a prompt you can use to make something in the same style. It uses no credentials of yours.

How long does a video take?

A few minutes per video, and they render in the background — you can keep working, leave the page, and the finished ads are waiting on the home screen with a notification when they land.

Can I cancel?

Any time, from Settings. Pro then runs to the end of the period you have already paid for and is not renewed; nothing you made disappears when it ends.

Is my data used to train anything?

Your briefs and prompts go to the AI providers that generate the video and copy, and nowhere else. We do not sell data. Our own public pages carry Meta’s advertising pixel so we can tell which of our ads work; it never runs inside the product, and it is never given your name, your email or anything you make. The privacy policy lists everything held and why.

Something is broken. Who do I tell?

The contact page, or Help → Tickets inside the app if you already have an account. The same people read both.
