Privacy Policy

What we hold

• Your account. Name, email address and a password that is stored only as a salted hash — we cannot read it back.
• Your workspace. The apps you promote, briefs, generated videos and images, uploaded media, competitor scans and editor projects.
• Your Meta connection. The ad account ID and system-user token you enter, stored so the service can publish and read results on your behalf. They are scoped to the workspace that entered them and are never shared with another workspace.
• Billing. Plan, subscription status and the identifiers our payment processor gives us. Card details go straight to the processor; they never reach our servers.
• Counters. How many ad videos and analyses a workspace has used in the current cycle, so plan limits work.
• What you send us. Support tickets and messages from the contact page, including the email address you give us to reply to.

Why we hold it

To run the product: to generate ads from your briefs, publish them where you ask, show you how they are doing, apply your plan’s limits, take payment, answer your questions and keep accounts secure. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to advertise to you.

Who else sees it

• AI providers — your brief and the prompts derived from it are sent to the model providers that generate video, images and copy.
• Meta — when you publish, your videos, ad copy and targeting go to your ad account; when you view results, we read them back.
• Our payment processor — for subscriptions and invoices.
• Infrastructure — the hosting and storage the service runs on.

Competitor research uses ads that advertisers have already made public in Meta’s Ad Library. It does not use your Meta credentials and does not send them anything about you.

How long

For as long as your account exists. Deleting your account from Account settings removes your workspaces, generated media, settings and stored credentials. Records we must keep for accounting and tax are kept for as long as the law requires.

Your choices

• Delete individual ads, media, projects and competitor scans at any time.
• Remove your Meta credentials in Settings — that ends our access to your ad account.
• Delete the whole account from Account settings.
• Ask for a copy of what we hold, or ask us to correct or erase it, on the contact page.

Security

Credentials and workspace content are held server-side and scoped to the workspace that owns them. Passwords are salted and hashed. Use a strong, unique password, and remove Meta tokens you no longer need.

Cookies

Two things. One cookie keeps you signed in. And the public pages — the home page, the feature pages and the sign-up form, but never the product once you are inside it — carry Meta’s advertising pixel, which sets its own cookie and tells Meta that a visit and a sign-up happened, so we can tell which of our own ads work. It is not given your name, your email, or anything you make here. Blocking it changes nothing about the product. Nothing else third-party is set by this site.

Children

FrameFuse is a business tool and is not intended for anyone under 18.
