Terms of Service
The agreement between you and FrameFuse. Plain English, and short enough to actually read.
1. What FrameFuse is
FrameFuse writes, generates and publishes video ads for the apps you promote. You describe the app, pick the ideas you like, and the service produces videos, ad copy and — if you connect a Meta ad account — publishes them for you and reads back how they performed.
2. Your account
You need an account to use the service. Keep your password to yourself and tell us promptly if you think someone else has it. You are responsible for everything done through your account, and for anyone you invite into your workspace.
3. Plans, billing and cancelling
The free plan has monthly limits. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor; we never see or store your card details. You can cancel at any time — your plan then runs to the end of the period you have already paid for, and is not renewed. Part-periods are not refunded. If prices change we will say so before your next renewal.
4. Fair use
Plan limits are there to keep the service affordable for everyone. Do not resell access, share one account across separate businesses, or try to work around limits with automation. We may pause an account that is straining the service, and will tell you why.
5. What you make here
Your briefs, your uploads and the ads produced from them are yours. You give us the permission we need to store and process them in order to run the service for you.
You are responsible for the ads you publish. In particular:
- Only upload material you have the rights to use.
- Make sure what you publish follows Meta’s advertising policies and the law where your ads run — including rules on claims, health, finance and targeting.
- Do not impersonate a real person, brand or organisation.
6. Generated material
Videos, scripts and headlines are produced by AI models. They can be inaccurate, generic or unsuitable for your market, and similar output may be produced for someone else. Treat everything as a draft: review it before it goes live. You are the publisher of anything you push to an ad account.
7. Competitor analysis
Competitor teardowns are built from ads that advertisers have made public in Meta’s Ad Library. Use what you learn to make better ads of your own — not to copy someone else’s creative, trade marks or claims.
8. Your Meta connection
If you add Meta credentials, you authorise us to act on that ad account on your behalf: to upload videos, create campaigns, ad sets and ads, and to read performance figures. We act only when you ask us to. Remove the credentials in Settings and that permission ends.
9. Availability
We work to keep the service up but cannot promise it is never interrupted. Features marked as new or experimental may change or be withdrawn. Third-party services we depend on — model providers, Meta, payments — can fail in ways we do not control.
10. Ending it
You can delete your account at any time from Account settings; that removes your workspaces and the material in them. We may suspend or close an account for non-payment, abuse, or use that puts the service or other customers at risk.
11. Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost ad spend, or the performance of any ad — advertising results depend on your product, your market and your budget. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
12. Changes to these terms
If these terms change we will update this page and the date at the top. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
13. Questions
Ask on the contact page. If you already have an account, Help → Tickets inside the app reaches the same people.
